The Collarnary Cook Off is a Catholic community event benefiting John Paul the Great Academy in Lafayette, Louisiana.

All proceeds of the Cook Off support the St. Joseph Scholarship Fund, an in-house financial aid program offered to families who need assistance in paying tuition or fees at John Paul the Great. Every donation and gift helps John Paul the Great make Catholic, Classical education accessible to as many families as possible. Catholic priests join us from across to Acadiana show us their culinary expertise as they prepare their own authentic Cajun Gumbo for you to taste and vote! You get to decide who is the best cook as they go "Collar to Collar" in a fun competition like no other! With live music, Cajun food, and talented priests, this is a one-of-a-kind community event you do not want to miss!

You will be able to taste and vote for the best gumbo in this culinary competition to select the "People’s Choice Award".
